Lychee – All Year Long?
Wednesday, October 7th, 2009I love lychee – and scientists from the Lichee Research Institute seemed to have found a way to make it an all-season fruit.
Currently lychee’s peak time is in May & June, but the new variety of Lychee is more flexible with climates, and can be planted and harvested at all seasons.
